This hotel is central, its clean, the staff are lovely, the car park is right outside the door and very easy to find. The breakfast was lovely, a continental breakfast with toast, cheese, cereal, pastries and croisants, fruit. The bedrooms are large and a place to put your head for the night. I love this hotel and have stayed here... more

Clean rooms, that got cleaned everyday.. not so far from queens street and millenium stadion. The breakfast was basic but ok I found the reception very helpfull always very friendly. Well located. Room was spacious with no luxury. A normal bathroom. Breakfast was ok. You have an exterior parking, if you travel by car. Nothing bad to say but also nothing special to describe. more

Other than its location this hotel has nothing going for it. Fine if you intend to drink in every pub in the Town and come back at various early hours of the morning making heaps of noise but not ok with family. Parking totally nuts, paid £6 for parking space and then was blocked in by the house keeping staff... more

The breakfast was lovely, a continental breakfast with toast, hard boiled eggs, cheese, cereal, pastries and croisants, fruit, much nicer than the usual fried breakfast, the price is... more

As it admits to not having very good parking and a location close to the Railway station we decided to take the train to Cardiff. Granted there are roadworks going on so the road is in a bit of a state but the pedestrian entrance to the hotel was like an approach to a 1970's eastern bloc institution. No "curb"... more
