With all the roadworks and the one way system in Cardiff, it was very difficult to actually get to the hotel. Staff are pleasant enough but the rooms especially the bed just aren't good enough. I would definitely spend a little more and stay in a different hotel next time.

Stayed two nights here with group of friends, for weekend. Excellent location, excellent, friendly service, rooms modern, very clean and comfortable , with everything provided. Not one member of the group had a negative word to say about the hotel, the service, the breakfast.

Next to centre, walking distance, train and bus station close by.clean comfortable rooms, breakfast help yourself lots to choose from ,rooms spacious with tea making facilities. Free wi fi for first 30 mins

Stayed here for one night, room was very clean, bed was really comfy.The room itself was huge. We were a bit worried as lots of stag, hen parties were checking in so were expecting a noisy night but not a sound. We stayed on 17th May. Located in a central location. 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. The staff are all polite and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I booked with this hotel as I wanted somewhere in the city centre as I was visiting both the theatre and the Dr Who Experience in Cardiff and wanted to be near both. This hotel is right in the city centre within walking distance to most tourist attractions. All staff were very helpful and professional and helped us with restaurant recommendations (which were great!) and directions. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The room we had was large and clean. The only down side was it did not have an on-site... More

Stayed here for one night as we were seeing Lucy Spraggan perform in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff and great facilities. Also very close to the city centre. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all our friends!
