I booked at the very last minute - while driving down the mountain from the Brecon Beacons to be precise, half an hour before arrival - but as it was a very mild later December I decided to give it a go. I was very pleased. The welcome was warm and friendly and I was allocated a hard standing pitch... More

The campsite was easy to book over the phone. I left a message and my call was returned promptly. The campsite although within the city centre is a good 15-20 minute walk away from the main shopping area. The walk follows the river bank toward the Millennium stadium or you can divert into Bute park via the Millennium bridge. The... More

From the moment we arrived the local staff were friendly and very helpful in getting us onto a suitable pitch. Our initial contact via the phone when booking was excellent and this "can do" attitude was constant during our visit. With the constnat rain the pitches were a little sodden but surely that is ot be expected. Great location with... More

Turned up rather optimistically in Cardiff in a campervan on the day of a world cup rugby match. Delighted to nab a spot in this camp in the middle of town due to a cancellation. Lovely place, great staff and so handy to walk to the city centre.

This place was wonderful. I went there and was suprised with the warm welcome from Welsh People. The caravan park is very located, cheap, cleaned and has plenty space. I really loved the breakfast in the restaurant, I should return soon

We stayed here this week, for the first time in a couple of years. The site's improved enormously, thanks, I'm sure, to the new management team running the site. Friendly, courteous, professional and helpful, but unobtrusive. The whole site is cleaner, hanging baskets are beautiful, it's a lovely site.] The staff are outstanding. Helpful, always pleasant, but I feel very... More

I booked this for one night as we started out on our trip around Wales. After ending up down a one way street in a big campervan thanks to the satnav (entrance is through Sophia Gardens) we found this lovely little place. The location is amazing. It's a decent walk through a lovely park to the city centre. It was... More

Nice, quiet campground with clean facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is located within walking distance of downtown Cardiff. Unfortunately, wifi only worked when you were very close to the building. We came to Cardiff for the Wales-Belgium football match, and we only stayed one night. This campground was perfect for our short trip to Cardiff!
