We stayed in room 18 on Saturday 6th September. What a great transformation the refurbishment has made! Fantastic room with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Service excellent as usual. Thanks to Lisa and staff for a brilliant stay. Top marks. Looking forward to another visit soon. Allan & Margaret - Mumbles

Stayed here from the 22nd March to the 24th. Had a lovely time and we were overwhelmed by the kind and very helpful staff. The manager showed us what the new refurbishment will look like, will definitely visit again! Would recommend to all!!! Thank you Wyndham Arms :)

Excellent stay on Saturday 23rd November. Stayed in room 16. Spotless, warm room and lashings of hot water for bath/shower. Brilliant service from Lisa and her reception team. Much better service than many top quality hotels. Just wish we could have stayed longer! Also good service from the bar staff. Wide variety of food available throughout the day. Looking forward... the rooms are ok, its an old building but they are keep clean and the people are approachable. It is easy to access and the parking is not far at all.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet given the location, but it was a Monday night stay. The public areas are tatty and suffers from 'sticky carpet syndrome'. My partner tried to telephone me and was told that the call had been answered by a new temp who could not do anything, eg did not know how to transfer the call. The... More

I didnt have great expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was above average in terms of decor, taste and size (room 1). The location was perfect for the town and nightlife (which was actually quite good bearing in mind we were there on a Sun/Mon night. Food in the pub downstairs was great and good value. We booked... I agree that the online booking is terrible. The bar service is renowned locally for how slow and surly it is. Be warned, also, that the bar opens for non-residents at 09:30hrs or 10:00hrs on Sundays and quickly fills with undesirables who left only a few hours earlier!

Just want to warn other readers that using the online enquiry system on their website is a waste of time. I took 1 month before I got a reply from the hotel
