Greeted with a warm smile upon arrival and made to feel at home right from the start. Excellent setting though just a little too early to take advantage of the almost completed decking area wher I imagine future guests (me also) taking a cold beer on a beutiful sunset. Room was above standard and very comfy, fellow guests almost reluctant... more

What a place! Just stayed the one night and received an extremely warm welcome from Lesley and 'Tripod'. Great location, lovely room and fantastic breakfast to set me up for the day ahead. As a business traveller I stay away from home probably three nights a week and have endured all kinds of Dodgy B&B's. This is certainly not one... more

We spent 1 night at Tyn-Y-Fron and wish we could have stayed longer. It is the best B and B we have stayed in. Brilliant position up a hill away from the bustling centre of Betws-y-Coed yet just a few minutes stroll or drive. Lovely view from the breakfast room and front bedroom but also from the room we had... more

My husband and I stayed at the Tyn-Y-Fron B&B for our first wedding anniversary and can not rate this B&B and the welcome we had from Lesley highly enough. Anyone going to this part of Wales should definately check out the availability here first. Everything was perfect from the welcome we had, the lovely large bedroom (Superking Size Bed) and... more

Great all-round b&b. Stayed in room 1 which had a huge, very comfortable bed with a bath in the en-suite. Excellent decor and trimmings, very cosy. Excellent breakfast with a breathtaking view from the dining room window. Don't let the short walk into Betws-y-Coed put you off as it is a lovely and interesting stroll across the river and over... more

My wife and I stayed at Tyn-Y-Fron the last week of April for 3 nights. We had a wonderful welcome from Lesley the owner and expected something special based on other TA reviews. We've stayed in room no 3 which was spectacular - contemporary but cosy. The room was spacious with excellent on-suite facilities taking into account one is in... more

Great bed and breakfast just outside Betws-y-Coed. Rooms comfortable and clean and service excellent. Best thing about this place is probably the breakfast, plenty of choice, freshly cooked with good ingredients and try and manouvre yourself so you are looking out of the window as the view down the valley is a perfect way to start your day. For eating... more

What a lovely place! We had such a friendly welcome from Lesley and Ben (the dog!) followed swiftly by a magnificent view in the lounge across the valley. We could have sat there all day. We stayed in room 3 which had the same magnificent view. It was beautifully decorated and extremely comfy - it felt just like being at... more

We had a great stay at Tyn-Y-Fron B&B. It is in a perfect location on a hill just a 7 minutes scenic walk into the town centre. Really comfortable bed and great breakfast. Very clean and peaceful. Lesley, the owner is very welcoming and helpful. more

A warm welcome greeted us as did Tripod the small dog. The room that we had, could be made into a twin, was a good size, with electric blankets. Lots of tea & coffe making facilities, plus biscuits. Excellent breakfasts. Great views from the dining room. more
