Stayed at this B&B for a short break. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The B&B was well appointed and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious with a stunning mountain view. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The B&B is within a 5 minute walk from the village and provides an ideal location to explore the surrounding... more

Coming from Australia, Tyn-Y-Fron was the highlight of our stay in Wales. We were delighted with the beautiful old Welsh character of the house. Our room had every luxury, and the views were superb. Lesley gave us a warm welcome, and in the morning a fabulous Welsh breakfast. She was really helpful about where to go, and showed an infectious... more

Service was first rate even thought major repairs were being completed during our stay. The room, and view of the forest, was wonderful. If you are considering a stay in Betws-Y-Coed, we would recomend Tyn-Y- -Fron. more

After searching on the internet for many hours, we decided on staying at Tyn-Y-Fron because of its favourable reviews and photos. How accurate they were too! We were warmly greeted by Les who showed us the ropes and told us how to get to the centre of the charming village. She has great pride in her business and this is... more

We found a very comfortable and charming house. The room was fairly spacious with a very comfortable bed with the thickest mattress and soft pillows, beautifully decorated. The hospitality was second to none. The breakfast was freshly cooked and of good quality. Lesley Porter, the proprietor was very knowledgeable about local amenities, places of interest and beauty spots not to... more

We stayed in the 'Mountain View' room for one night. We've stayed in many different B&Bs and Tyn Y Fron is really one of the best we've stayed anywhere. Lesley has thought about everything and our room was perfect. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, then you don't need to look any further - just book it! more

We had intended to spend only two nights at the Tyn-y-Fron but it was such a lovely experience and great location that we extended our stay an extra day. Leslie is the perfect host, providing us with great recommendations for things to do and see and making us feel very welcome and at home in her guesthouse. The furnishings and... more
