A spectacular location, a beautifully furnished, very comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast each morning! By virtue of the fact that we were staying for over a week, we were upgraded to the superior double room at no extra cost and it did not disappoint. Welcome included tea, cake and a big smile. Our room was faultless and breakfast is like a top five star hotel. Rose and Steve looked after us like family and made our stay just the best. Our nicely decorated, spotlessly clean room with comfy beds had stunning views over the Conwy valley. Everything you could need and more was provided.
