We were made very welcome as soon as we arrived at Glyntwrog House. Ian welcomed us and introduced us to Glyntwrog House. The four of us were staying in Bettws-y-Coed for a walking weekend. It was wonderful to come back to comfortable rooms with all facilities at the end of each day after a strenuous walk. The warmth of the... More

Agree totally with the other excellent reviews! Hosts extremely welcoming to their lovely home. Room was cosy and warm with a very nice hospitality tray. Despite the cloud the view was stunning and although faced on to the road you hardly noticed it. Ideally located just on the outskirts of Betws-y-coed. Excellent breakfast, not greasy which I like very much.... More

We were very pleased with our choice in Betws-y-Coed. We had a beautiful room with ensuite and a great view towards the river and town. The room was sparkling clean, the food choice excellent and our hosts were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Great place for touring North Wales.

The hotel is amazing, situated in an ideal position close to the main stretch. The room was immaculate, warm and stocked with tea/coffee making facilities and the breakfast was spot on. The owners Ian and Janet are friendly, approachable and know the area like the back of their hand which is very useful. We will definitely be returning for another... More

Glyntwrog House is everything a good BnB should be: cosy, peaceful and welcoming. The house is beautiful, the rooms spacious and well-lit and the home-cooked breakfast is sumptuous. The house has all possible amenities, including free Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. The house is set just outside Betwys-y-Coed, but the village can easily be reached on foot. The only... More
