Betws-y-Coed is a beautiful place and The Stables Lodge is right in the centre of the village. It's set back slightly from the road so we didn't notice any road noise. There's plenty of parking at the rear. We had room only which we had pre booked on line and was very good value for the standard of room. We... more

Stayed at the stables as we saw the place last time we were in betws and decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed, the rooms are at the rear so no noise can be heard from the front square and bar which is the central meeting point for most people. The room was very clean and had... more

The room was very spacious and clean, the bath room was one of the best and cleanliest I have ever seen in all my travels through the UK. The room was very quiet and contained everything which is needed. The Lodge is definitely... more

The room was huge, whilst basic but clean and safe. The town is just gorgeous so if your looking for more budget accomodation this is it. You are giving up room... more

We stayed at the Stables Lodge in Betws-y-coed in September 2004, and thought it was superb. The Stables Lodge is actually part of the Royal Oak Hotel, and guests are able to use the main hotel facilities. Breakfast can be taken in the main hotel with the hotel guests for GBP8 per day. The Lodge is only a few years... more
