We found the hotel no problems, directly oppposite swallow falls, well signposted. Lovely building on the main road with ample parking. Car park was pay and display but as hotel guests it was free. Swallow Falls Hotel is quite simply one of the worst places to stay in Betws-Y-Coed if not Wales in general. I stayed there for two nights in July and had a thoroughly awful experience.
