We spent two days there. The location is wonderful - one of the most picturesque areas in Snowdonia. The hotel is a nice little place. It is clean and tidy. The hostess is a lovely lady who makes you feel at home. She is one of these people who can make a place really special.. We will definitely return there.

We chose this guesthouse because we though the pool would be fun for our toddler. We booked in and paid through Expedia, then called to see if they could provide a travel cot, to be informed (very curtly) that they do not accept children under 8 due to insurance for the pool. I checked back and it did state this... More

I've stayed here three times now. Each time has been brilliant and I'm booking again as soon as I can get time of work. great location for site seeing in North wales, or just for a relaxing weekend break. Clean, tidy, friendly, comfortable. Have recommended to family and friends. Food is good as well.

Stayed there for the past couple of nights (April) as we saw a good Groupon deal and wanted to climb Snowdon. Jaap and Ghislaine were very welcoming and friendly, they make the hotel. Would definitely return.

The house of teddy bears. It was a very warm welcome into the house, which was where it ended. The room was supposed to be front facing but was a view of the side. The room was a setting from 1970. The bed was also from around this era, very low in the middle. The pool and sauna were not... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here in October, having read such glowing reviews. Park Hill Guest House was ideal for us. It was in an ideal location to explore the rest of Snowdonia, the breakfasts were hearty and tasty, the owner - Ghislaine - couldn't do enough for us and was very friendly and we enjoyed peace and quiet. The... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in August. The views are beautiful although you can hear noise from the busy road below. Rooms are dated and house full of clutter, Rooms are large but bathroom small had to squeeze in to sit on toilet! Owners are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good. Pool was cold. Has lots of potential.

Firstly, can we just say that Jaap and Ghislaine were a pleasure. Welcoming and helpful, they made our stay an absolute treat and we will be recommending Park Hill to all our friends. Breakfast was of excellent quality. A plentiful menu and an impressive buffet with a wide selection of fruits and muselis. Great poached eggs and also really nice... More

Booked online for myself and wife after it was listed as gay friendly and was attracted by the pool as an extra. Arrived in the evening quite tied after being at work all day and could not help but smile as we were greeted enthusiastically by the gentleman owner. Other people have mentioned the bears being everywhere but we didn't... More

Enjoyed a 2-night stay in Park Hill. The location is good, not right in the middle of the village, but a 10-minute stroll by fields and sheeps gets you there. They have an indoor swimming pool there, although we haven't used it, but it looked clean. Breakfast is what you can expect for a B&B in UK: full breakfast, jams,... More
