Lovely little guest house on the main road. Room lovely. Shower/ bathroom dated .... but in good working order. Bed was fabulously comfortable. Only disappointing aspect was the room was not cleaned properly ..... I was there 2 nights and only the cup I used was removed and the coffee replenished ... the bed was not re-made and the towels... My Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived a little later than anticipated but the owner was friendly and we got to our room with a minimum of fuss. The room itself was well decorated, clean and well sized. We both slept well, the bed was very comfortable with the softest, fluffiest duvet ever! Breakfast is ordered... More

Stayed here with friends in late May. The B&B is right in the centre of Betws y Coed. We had a nice room. Very comfortable bed. Shower a little weak but that was the only negative. We paid for the room and then separately for each breakfast which has to be ordered by 6pm the night before. The breakfast options... More

The guest house is situated on the main road in the middle of the village, parking is quite a distance away from the house. We stayed in a top floor room with a super king bed. The room was nice but had a few extra' s missing like shampoo, biscuits and tissues. We ordered breakfast the next morning which was... More

What a lovely place to stay in Betws-y-Coed. We were given clear instructions on where to park for free (which was really easy to find) and a map of the town. Breakfast is charged separately at £6 per person, with 6 different choices. All you need to do is to place your order on the breakfast sheet before 7am. I... More

Wow! What a great stay! Simon made us feel very welcome and didn't even mind letting us in after midnight after another guest had put the latch down which stopped our key from letting us in! Great accommodation, lovely dining room and delicious breakfast. Looking forward to our next stop! Darren, Malvern

We love Betws y Coed but this was our first stay here on what would have been our wedding night, if we hadn't postponed due to illness. We booked room 6 for 2 nights £70 per night bed only. When we booked we chose to pay on arrival/departure but had to enter credit card details to secure. We then found... More

Stayed here for a much needed long weekend getaway with my husband and his parents. Received an email from Simon almost instantly after making the booking telling us the best places to eat, park etc. A warm and friendly welcome on arrival got the holiday off to a great start and we felt at home straight away. Our room was... More
