We stayed for 2 nights 4th and 5th of July, to walk Snowdon. Not only is this B&B in an ideal location, its also a home from home. Very well maintained, nice breakfast and a friendly welcome. Recomendations for evening meals proved to be excellent. David and Mary Ann cannot do enough for you. I doubt you could ask for... more

My Fiancée and I stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was a good size, recently decorated and well turned out, with all the features that you would usually expect plus a few bonus free-to-air sky channels thrown in. The breakfasts were fantastic and really set you up for the day. David and Mary-Ann were both... more

I stayed here with members of my extended family over the recent May bank holiday, having selected it after reading the glowing reviews on trip advisor. My second reason for choosing Bod Gwynedd is because I can't stand chintz and the online photos showed that there was no evidence of such horrors here! Our hosts were absolutely lovely, and went... more

We stayed just the one night and couldn't fault it. It was very well decorated, very clean and the breakfasts went down a treat. David & Mary-Ann were extremely friendley and if we were ever in Betws-y-coed again we wouldn't hesitate to go back. more

I recently returned from my second stay at Bod Gwynedd and will be back again in late July with my teenage grandsons as we did in 2008. David and Mary Ann make it a warm and friendly atmosphere. The standard is higher than I expected from a B&B, more like a quality hotel, only friendlier. The rooms, ensuites, showers &... more

Just spent 5 nights at the Bod Gwynedd B&B and we both feel that it is the best B&B in the village. As regular visitors to the village we can honestly say that in our opinion this beats the rest. David and Mary Ann are fantastic hosts who welcome you in to their home by providing a high standard of... more

Dont hesitate to book here if you are in the area. The comments from other reviewers are spot on. We traveled in UK for 7 weeks and this B&B has to rate as one of the best we stayed at. more

We stayed at Bod Gwynedd over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend and we were well looked after by Mary-Ann and David who are very friendly, helpful and informative. The house is a beautifully restored, Victorian villa just a few minutes walk from the village centre. Miners' Bridge and Swallow Falls are only a short distance away along the Holyhead... more
