First class service, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable. First visit and immediately felt at home and at ease. You will be hard pressed to find anywhere that comes close to Bod Gwynedd. Don't even try to search any more- this is the place! more

We used the B&B as a base for an adventure weekend main activity was walking Mt Snowdon. It was a perfect base for doing this. The rooms were well sized and clean. Breakfast was just amazing, and with only a 5 minute walk into the centre of the village you cant go wrong. You will be made to feel very... more

Mary-Ann and David should take great pride in the standard not only of the cleanliness of the rooms and decor but also of the fantastic breakfast that greeted us on the two mornings we stayed. After a long journey it was reassuring to be given hugely relevant information for our stay - climbing Snowdon - also places to eat for... more

What a wonderful stay! We can't say enought about the hosts Mary-Ann and David. They were extremely helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. more

After reading all the great reviews, I booked a weekend for my husband and I to get away and stay in Betws-y-coed, and the Bod Gwynedd lived up to its reputation! Great food, nice welcome and very gracious hosts. We stayed in the four poster bedroom which was spacious enough with the best bathroom views in the house I'm sure.... more

We are just back from a 6 nights stay at the Bod Gwynedd B& B. We have stayed in many B & Bs over the years and this is one of the best. Fabulous, substantial breakfasts with a lot of choice, lovely packed lunches and Dave and Mary-Ann are very friendly and helpful hosts without being obtrusive. The location is... more

Bod Gwynedd was by far the best of six B&Bs we stayed at in Wales and Ireland. David and Mary-Ann and Coral the Burmese cat (who was very pregnant when we were there!) were the perfect hosts. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Betws-y-Coed itself is a gem, nestled right in the heart... more

We are just back from a long weekend spent in the wonderful Bod Gwynedd B&B. David and Mary-Ann our hosts, couldn't do enough to ensure we had a perfect stay without being too intrusive or over-the-top. They helped organise trains, dinner reservations and climbing routes and even had umbrellas and jackets on stand-by when the weather turned bad. The breakfast... more

Stayed three nights at Bod Gwynedd and loved it! Extremely friendly hosts, and the food was the best I've ever eaten in a B&B. Room was clean and comfortable and I always felt very welcomed. I would stay there again in a minute! more

My 13 year old son and I stayed at Bod Gwynedd for four nights, and it's the best B&B I've stayed in! The rooms were bright, clean, well decorated, airy and very stylish, the owners are friendly and approchable, without being overbearing-the perfect balance, and the breakfasts were substantial, offering alot of choice. For anybody travelling by public transport (as... more
