The bar is the first area in that you come to, or at least the first area I visited! The bar is nice but the beer isn't great. Three stars for beer quality. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. I did have a non en-suite room, which was a first for me. It wasn't as bad as I... More

This hotel is set in such a beautiful little Welsh town. We arrived late on a Saturday night (bare in mind check in closes at around 11:00). They show premier league football matches as one was being shown when we were there. The rooms are basic (we accidentally booked a room which wasn't en suite) but you get what you... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in the family quad room number 10. The room we were located right over the bar and facing the river, bridge and mountains. When you walk through the bedroom door, you are greeted by the double bed; this room also had a dressing table & chair, a new TV and tea/coffee making facilities and... More

Arrived pretty late. Was welcomed and had dinner which was nice. Good selection even though they didn't have two dishes we required. Rooms 14 and 16 were ok. Beds were very comfortable and we did have a good sleep... Very dusty a lot of cob webs. T.v was ok but TV controller didn't work.. Light bulbs didn't work in all... More

The hotel is a cheap hotel for the area. Beddgelert is a lovely country village with beautiful surrounding views. The view from room 5 mirrored this. The room although basic was clean and fresh towels supplied daily. The bar area was a good local Welsh pub with a good selection of real ales. The negative of the trip here was... More

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but my concerns were unwarranted, we had a great stay. Even though we were in one of the rooms that had yet to renovated, it was clean and comfortable. It showed a littkle wear, but was more than adequate after a long rainy day outdoors. The family room was... More

As it was mine and my husbands 7th wedding anniversary, we decided to book a short break at this hotel, and have a tour of the copper mine whilst there. On arrival approx 8.30pm (quite late after a 4.5hr drive) we were made aware there was no chef there that day, and maybe not the next day either. Thinking things... More

We went there for a short stay, but it was so worth it. The welcome was warm, we stayed in room no 5 which has an awesome view, really good beds, clean, comfy. All you could ask for. Would definitely recommend it!

We stayed in room no. 5 at the top of the hotel. The room was cosy, had a big comfortable bed, a TV and a small en suite. It overlooked the bridge at the centre of Beddgelert. We ate at the hotel that night. They catered for my food allergies, but my husband said the cajun chicken blew his socks... More
