This hotel is located right at the edge of town, and within easy walking distance to the ferry port, and train station. There is free and secure parking available next to the hotel. This hotel doesn't do any food, but they do offer breakfast box at an additional price. There are a few takeaways in the town itself, and there... More

There is not deal of reasonably priced accommodation in Anglesey, and Travelodge are really the only chain hotel on the island. We have stayed at this hotel before, not long after it opened a few years ago, and after searching for an alternative (just because we could), we ended up back at the Travelodge again. This hotel seems very popular... More

We only stayed one night but wish it could have been longer. The hotel is situated right across the round-a-about at the end of the A55 in Holyhead, to very easy to find. Easy to book online and once there the staff gave a warm greeting and told us all we needed to know. Room was excellent. Will definitely use... More

An excellent value hotel for overnight stay in Holyhead, very convenient for Dublin ferries. High standard of cleanliness in newly renovated premises. As I take the ferry a few times a year, I will certainly be staying here again.

We booked an accessible room for 2 nights, great prices on tthe web. The room was clean bright and comfortable. The bathroom ideal, large wet room type with plenty handrails and a seat in the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is in easy reach of the town, railway station and ferry port. Major supermarkets and McDonald's close... More

Holyhead island has a lot of places worth visiting such as Holyhead mountain, breakwater country park, pen rhos country park, south stack, porth dafach, and treaddur bay... More

I stayed at the Holyhead Travelodge with my mother in a disabled access room the night before travelling to Ireland. The hotel was very convenient for the port and the local retail park where there was a large Tesco and pub/restaurant called the Stepping Stone. The room was warm and clean and had twin beds with a walk-in shower. The... More

cheap and comfortable. Near town centre. Friendly good for an over night stop if you are getting the early ferry. the two ladies that I met at the reception were very friendly. They even lent us two wine glasses so we could have a drink in our room. Very civilised.

This hotel is cheap to stay at, and convenient for the ferry to Ireland. It has minimal facilities - there is a possibility to order a breakfast box, which is not to be recommended, and there is a drinks vending machine. However, there is a grocery store within 100 yards, together with a McDonalds. Holyhead is not known for its... More
