Does what it says on the tin Very close to the ferry. Literally 5 minutes away from the ferry port. The hotel had loads of parking outside which was good. Room was very spacious and they provided travel cots for us as well!

A typical rep. hotel with the basics for a short stay, very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. There's no bar or restaurant just a vending m/c in the foyer, if you venture a few hundred yards there's a Mcdonalds nearbye a few crappy pubs towards town and ample chinkies and chippies. The town itself although a gateway to Wales... More

We statyed at the Travelodge at Holyhead in early October 2014. We were pleasantly surprised by the improvements since our last stay in 2013. The property has seen some upgrade work and for the most part it works well. Within the room there are new brand curtains and bed throw which brighten up the decor effectively. The mattress is much... More

We needed an overnight stop on our journey before continuing on the ferry to Dublin for a mid week break. The location of this Hotel attracted us. The facilities and the excellent nights sleep were a bonus for a budget priced hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Comfortable, clean and friendly hotel to stay in especially when travelling to and from the Holyhead Ferry. Excellent prices. We had a small dog with us and she was gladly accepted for an extra small charge which we were happy to pay so she could be in the room with us.

Stayed at the travelodge Holyhead the night before a ferry crossing to Dublin. The refurbished room, though sparse on furnishings was adequate for one nights stay. I wish they would put larger televisions in the room as it was very small to see from the bed. Otherwise a very pleasant stay for the price we paid and met expectations for... More

The hotel is a typical Travelodge, that I think might have been refreshed within the last few months. It was clean, room was large enough, the bed was comfortable and check in and check out efficient as expected. The room was number 7, ground floor facing the carpark. As far as Travelodge's go this is one of the cleanest I... More

Very conveniently placed for ferry to Ireland. Staff very friendly and welcoming, room clean with ample pillows and towels. Could do with a restaurant though as nothing in the immediate vicinity. Ground floor room facing car park very noisy with local youths using car park as a skate board park plus people standing outside smoking / talking loudly with no... More

Within five minutes walk of the railway station and port this comfortable hotel is very convenient. Various take-ways in the immediate area, with McDonald's five minutes away which is open late and for breakfast. Town a ten minute walk away.

Travel lodge caters for dogs which is always a bonus for us. The rooms are always clean and tidy and staff very helpful. As with all travel lodges you get what you pay for but have no issue with what I pay for with this one. The only down side is that you can hear all the noise of the... More
