Had a great stay at Holyhead Travelodge. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and fresh. The location is perfect for access to the town and ferry terminal. I would recommend this hotel anyone.

We stayed here the night before our early morning ferry. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was comfy. There was ample parking and only a short walk from the town. The check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with these accommodations, especially if you just want a clean, comfortable place to sleep. Nothing extra in the rooms, eg: telephone, hair dryer (you can borrow one at the front desk) and no alarm clocks-clock radio. Very small tv's and you only get 30 mins of free wi-fi. Having said that, you can't beat the price. The bed... More

stayed here for one night before departing for Ireland, as it was close to the ferry terminal. We were told it had recently been refurbished, so we were expecting great things! However......although our room was large and spacious, I think it was because they forgot to put all the furniture back, it was rather minimalistic.....a rail with coat hangers instead... More

As another reviewer says, it's a Travelodge. they don't do silver service or valet parking. As it happens this is the cleanest one we've used, comfortable bed and decent shower, and unusually the bathroom heater had not been removed "for my safety" Reading other comments I was wary about the car park but there were no problems, the road outside... En route to Ireland we stayed ove night, staff were efficent and helpful, roomes were clean and well presented. Have stayed at Travel lodges on many occasions and standards all seem the same, very acceptable, price was within our budget also.

This hotel is near to the railway and ferry. There is a fast food restaurant as well as a chip shop and several pubs within walking distance. The hotel is newly refurbished with king size beds and was surprising quiet as it is fairly close to the main road into Holyhead. I have every intention of staying here again when... More

We rolled in to this hotel at midnight and found the LAST room. So I can't say that we sought it out. However, it was very convenient next to the ferry port. Our GPS sent us on a series of very narrow streets to make the entrance. But it proved to be good practice for Ireland. While still fashionable, the... More

My recent stay in this hotel was brilliant. An ideal place to stay if you are going to Ireland as the port is with a 5-10 minute walk. Also there is a Mcdonalds and Asda on the door step. Everything was as expected in the room, and of a good quality. The best thing about this hotel by far had... More
