We stayed here earlier this week for 1 night prior to getting our ferry the next day. We made for a very relaxing start of our holiday and we will certainly do it again. We were unfortunately delayed on our journey due to road works but upon phoning to explain that we would be arriving at 10pm, Rita and her... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in the twin room, it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The little extras gave it a home from home feel. Rita and Steve were excellent hosts, helpful without being intrusive (nothing was too much trouble). The breakfast was lovely - the preserves are made by Rita with fruit from here garden, the eggs... We stayed a night in this delightful B&B in bedrooms that were decorated in a style reminiscent of Edwardian times, but including modern facilities such as on- suites Our hosts made us very welcome with a traditional English Breakfast the following morning. The facility is close to the Irish Ferry Terminal and panoramic views of the Welsh coast. We highly... More

Stayed one night when catching the early ferry the next morning, we thought we would have to miss breakfast but Rita said it was no problem for us to have our breakfast early. Wonderful stay, lovely rooms and friendly and helpful host.

On my recent walking holiday in Anglesey I had the pleasure of staying at Yr Hendre twice, on my first night after arriving at Holyhead and on the last night before setting off for home. The house is in a nice location, quiet, but just a short stroll from the town centre. On both occasions the rooms were clean and... More

I had a short trip to Holyhead and was very impressed with where I stayed. The location was great and Rita gave brilliant directions to all the local places. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, I had 2 great nights sleep on a confrtable bed and felt warm at all times. Rita and Steven were very approachable and nothing... More

Stayed two nights either side of a trip to Dublin and could not fault Rita and Steven's hospitality. The B&B had a real "olde worlde" charm. The room was warm and clean, breakfast as good as it gets. If ever Holyhead way will definitely revisit.

We found this B&B a cold place to stay as there was no heating unless you asked the owner and even when the heat was provided it was far from adequate as we were unable to adjust the temperature. We would have liked to have spent time in the lounge room but it was also had no heating. There were no... More

We had a single night stay whilst attending an event in Holyhead. Room was ideal and contained everything we needed. Rita as host was great and nothing was too much trouble. Very good breakfast and we could have what we wanted. Rita was also helpful with local directions and information. Thanks, Chris and Belinda.

I stayed here for two nights whilst doing a leg of the Anglesey coast path. I was greeted and shown to my room where awaiting were fresh home made welsh cakes, very nice! Would defiantly stay here again
