Stayed for just the one night before our ferry to Ireland. Excellent place to stay - very clean and the lovely breakfast set us up for crossing the Irish Sea. Nothing to complain about - everything was perfect. Wish all places were as clean and welcoming as Shela's place. Highly recommended. more

Had a lovely stay with Sheila at Roselea. Very comfortable, great price for budget travellers. A very friendly, welcoming hostess. We even left Ireland a day early, what with difficulty finding accommodation near the ferry and exhaustion setting in, thought of Rosela and changed our booking to leave in half an hour for Holyhead. more

We did enjoy our stay in this B&B very much. Nice orthopedic beds and also a very good breakfast. Also Sheila Foxley was a nice person to talk too. Best Regards Elijah, Tanja and Sara Valk Schiedam - The Netherlands more

We booked this B&B because it was an easy walk to the Ferry Terminal. We enjoyed a lovely stay, and the hostess was kind enough to make us breakfast early so that we could eat before catching the Ferry to Dun Laoghaire. The only negative was that we had to share a bathroom with other guests, but each room had... more

My family and I stayed at the Roselea just before Easter. We booked a family room. It was large, clean, well-maintained and very reasonably priced - only £50 for the night. There was a double bed, single bed and plenty of room for travel cot. It was not ensuite but had a sink in the room. We chose this B&B... more

Good place to stay. We stayed there waiting for our connection to Ireland. You're much better off here then in a hotel. Very friendly hostess and a superb breakfast. She knows the surroundings and what's to do. In less 10 minutes to the ferry. All in all a very nice place. more

Sheila is just wonderful! My 10 year old daughter and I found this B&B was absolutely perfect for our needs. We traveled by ferry from Dublin to Holyhead. We had no trouble at all finding the location from the ferry and it was so convenient. Very safe and friendly. Rooms spacious and very clean. My daughter and I are not... more

Sheila was a delight and made us feel like we were old friends of hers. She was so helpful with everything (directions, ferry times, etc) before and during our stay and her home/B&B is lovely and comfortable. If you're going to be in Holyhead, Roselea House is an excellent place to stay. more

Prior to our trip we were looking for information about the usual worries. Is there a place to do laundry close -yes. Is the train staion far away- 5 minutes walk. Is the ferry port close- next to the train station. Is the rental car place close- at the ferry port. Sheila helped us with information before we arrived. When... more
