The Beach Hut Guest House is a privately own guest house above the Beach Hut Cafe. The proprietor, Dave, is friendly and thoughtful. He made sure we were comfortable and happy before he left us. The room and toilet were clean and tidy. Dave made a cooked to order breakfast that was good. The Beach hut is centrally located in... More

Was just looking for a place to lay my head for a few hours. This place is great. Close to the port room clean and nice. I am a big man and the shower was a bit small and stubbed my toe. My only other issue was nothing to do with the place but I arrived late and beside it... More

Small room and shower area but nevertheless very comfortable. An old building right next to the ferry terminal and a selection of eateries. The building is clean and nicely decorated. A lovely beach and ' South Stack ' are a few minutes away. There is a large retail park & patrol station 5 mins away. A very helpful and friendly... More

Me and the good lady decided to have Sunday morning breakfast. We were going to go to roadking but decided to support local first and after seeing a picture of the full English on Facebook helped us to go to The Beach Hut Cafe. We were not disappointed very good service good menu choice and very fairly priced glad we... More

Holyhead, Wales is a sleepy little town through which people pass on their way to other places. The town if a port for both Irish Ferries and the Stena Line ferries to and from Ireland and the UK. Usually one gets off a train or a bus and right onto a ferry. Having done that in the past, I wanted... More

The folks who run this place are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. But the room the three of us shared was tiny. We had trouble negotiating with our luggage and each other. The bathroom was only adequate. I cannot really recommend it, but I feel bad saying that since the people owning and running it were so nice. I don't... More

stayed here for 2 nights, the manager tried as much as he could, but the room was tiny and although we booked as a twin room, it definitely was too small for two people. Breakfast was very good , that's the best I can say. The bed was uncomfortable, the walls very thin, and the shower very very small. And... More

Excellent service yet again Dave made us a takeaway breakfast to eat on the ferry. The room was warm and comfy. A very convenient place to stay when catching the ferry. Free WiFi available. Will stay again on our next visit to Ireland.

stayed for one night only but was impressed by the place. Bed was comfy., shower room and toilet, decor looks pretty new. I had to miss breakfast due to early start but was given a packed lunch instead. View over the bay and ferry terminal very handy for anyone making a trip. Great value and thanks for the lunch. A very friendly welcome and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The room was clean and the B&B was very well placed for easy access to the town center. Breakfast was good and with no menu, you could choose what you wanted to have. If you are on a budget, the Beach Hut is one to... More
