Witchingham is a very nice little B&B. Our room was at the top and was the lavender room pictured in the management pictures. Slightly on the small side but very nicely appointed and had a bathroom en suite. We came in late on the ferry and out key and instructions were waiting right where the owner instructed us it would... More

Very helpful from the time of booking. I was on the late ferry and sometimes it's hard to get a room. Very comfortable bed and the room had all you need for a short stay. Highly recommended. This guesthouse would hold its own in a major city. Thanks guys

Room was clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom, but this was also clean, fully equipped and spacious. Breakfast was a few pounds extra, but was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful (but be sure to book a day or two in advance; they're not available 24/7), and Enfys the cat is lovely!

we chose to overnight in Holyhead so we could have a leisurely ferry ride out to Dublin rather than rail/sail (esp since the hotel where we stayed in Bangor was the worst hotel of our whole trip - more on that to come !). The Witchingham B&B was the nicest place to stay on our trip, although technically, it is... More

There was a very pleasant welcome from the off-site proprietor who showed us to our room. It was a twin with a double bed and a single, and it presumably also served as a family room. The route through to the shower en-suite was over-narrow, as was the doorway. There was a stand on which to place one's luggage, but... More

Rooms were very comfortable and had all the usual facilities. Bike storage was made available and basic breakfast provided for an extra £4 which was sufficient for our needs. We used this place as a start for a cycle tour of North Wales.

Lovely B and B with a very welcoming host. I particularly liked the self service breakfast which meant that we didn't have to decide in advance whether we wanted to eat or what time we would have breakfast. Also, we asked if we could have a later checkout as I was there to meet the late boat from Dublin and... More

Really nice B&B with a very comfortable room that has most of the things that you could need. It's really easy to park the car just in front of the house. Unfortunately the breakfast is not that much so we don't recommend to take it.

Witchingham B&B was more than we expected with privacy, lovely large bathroom, cosy bed and warm hospitality. Great breakfast excellent locality to town & harbour attractions. Very helpful tips on what to do & where to go. All-in-all a memorable stay. Thanks Claire & Jo
