Very impressed, having worried previously that a hotel in Llangollen would cater mainly for the older crew, but that never came across. As you walk in, there is a big TV screen with lots of smaller screenshots from cameras around the hotel - a little Big Brother-ish! Stayed here in the Cedar room Sept 20th. Nice room, nice view, but nothing spectacular. we got to the hotel early about one hour before legal check in,the receptionist was friendly and said our room would be ready in ten mins.so we went outside to the decking area and the view was lovely and so was the bar snack food that we had,,we whwere led toour room a double but the bed was so small... more

Stayed for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The proprietors have taken full advantage of the natural surroundings to enhance the grounds. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, the staff most pleasant and helpful and the presence of the directots at various times is indicative of their aim to please.
