Stayed in the room overlooking the Dee. Biggest bathroom I've ever seen with a roll top bath. Absolutely fabulous. Staff very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was something else. Can't wait to return, thanks to everyone involved. I'd give 6 stars if I could

We stayed in the suit, well a little cottage really. 1night Bed and Breakfast, you can even do your own dinner in your own lovely little kitchen. The best bit for us was the surprise summer house downstairs and then an area so private with a lovely table and chairs where we enjoyed a bottle of wine before popping out... More

We loved our stay here. We stayed in the town house, as we have 2 children. They loved it. It is a really good location, close to town. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. We had breakfast provided, which they brought up to us. There was free Wi-Fi, but we couldn't connect to it, unfortunately. We had... More

We stayed in the Suite, which is the ground floor of a townhome. The front room is a living room with a couch, chairs and a 2-person table. Breakfast is served here via staff access from a steep stairway down to the basement. The bedroom with a dressing vanity is in the back, witha window overlooking the River Dee. The... More

Stunning place and views, amazing bathroom. Very homely, love all the candles and log burner on in the evening. Quiet lounge, only shared with one other room. Made very welcome, nothing too much trouble. Convenient, central location. Parking permit given for choice of several near by car parks.

We stayed at the suite with 2 dogs, the owners made us feel very welcome and the additional cost for pets at only £6 is extremely reasonable, we have at other places paid an additional £20 per dog per night! The location is perfect, central for everything and we specifically booked the suite because it had the use of the... More

This was our first holiday with our 4 month old baby and it could not have been better. The owner Carol is so friendly and welcoming that everyone is made to feel like family rather than customers. We stayed in the Townhouse apartment so were able to put our son to bed in the bedroom and come down to the... More

The suite is exceptional. Wonderfully comfortable bed, warm and welcoming lounge, all this up at street level. Down the very steep stairs to the lower level to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where the fab breakfast is served. Outside the kitchen leads to the large private garden which runs down to the banks of the River Dee. There... More

We stayed in The Suite at Cornerstones just for one night but it was so beautiful we did not want to leave. The initial preparations before we arrived had given us a poor impression of the place and we were actually expecting to arrive and find it was double booked so already the fact that we had a room was... Booked our stay back in January when planning our Offa's Dyke walk. When I phoned to confirm details I was told that the Room we were booked into was in an adjoining building which they no longer owned but we had been upgraded free of charge to a wonderful room with massive bathroom and views over the river Dee -...
