When I write a review i note down things right from the start and pride myself in telling the truth, so if i upset anyone bare in mind its my personal view, the car park is opposite the hotel and only holds 14 cars ,I know this because i counted them while i waited 45 minutes for a space. The position of... The hotel was spotlessly clean the hotel staff superb a little old fashioned style no quilt! blankets and sheets which we liked in a funny sort of way. never had them for many years. The breakfast... Stayed one night here and was very pleased with the room. It was very spacious and had a lovely view of the river. Room was comfortable and very warm and cosy. We even had to have window open in Febuary so no problems with the heating in our room. Shower was powerful and hot. Couldn't really fault it. Breakfast was... More

I spent one night here on 17 February and was extremely pleased with the hotel. It was centrally located with free parking available opposite and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent , with choice of cereal and range of cooked items. There was no evening meal service but reception recommended a choice of three nearby restaurants.

Luckily Only one night stay.......which was located over the local bar and night club so beware of Room 108..... music until 12 .. ... breakfast was good and plenty available. evening meal elsewhere in... Just returned from a pleasant one night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival we struggled to park as the hotel car park and on street parking was full. This was probably more to do with it being valentines weekend, but was slightly frustrating after a long drive. The room that we checked into was a superior room. The room had... More

A great hotels, with lovely views in the ideal location, the rooms where okay, they where nice and clean and the bathroom was massive, although they could do with a little updating. The bar was good with a good choice on offer, and the breakfast was lovely. The staff where all nice and friendly, particularly the 2 serving breakfast. All... More
