I can only repeat everything that has been said before;this is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay with great attention to detail.Breakfast was of a very high standard and every need was catered for, even a delightful garden in which to relax after a hard day`s walking in the Carneddau.We would definitely stay here again.

What more can I say ? I don't often stay at B&B's but this place was superb ! Breakfast, room , view , friendliness...all top notch ! Nick and Alison are the perfect hosts. When I go back to Wales, I won't think of staying anywhere else. They should give workshops on how to run a good B&B !

such a warm friendly welcome from Alison. beautiful large family room, tea coffee hot chocolate and fridge in room ,toiletries in bathroom.breathtaking views down the town walls to the castle and the estaury and of the mountains to the side, really comfy beds delicious breakfast so much choice, home made welsh cakes were gorgeous. would stay here again highly recommend
