Everything about this hotel is brilliant apart from the breakfast, continental element was plentiful and very good. The cooked offering served buffet style consisted of very over cooked eggs, sausage and bacon that were of a very poor quality and processed. Very surprising as everything else about the hotel sang quality. Have a word with the chef.
