Both Gwen and Jacqui went beyond the call of duty, Gwen when I realised my debit card was missing who not only knew the number to call but dialed it on the reception phone, problem sorted. Jacqui when a member of our party was sick late at night a true star in sorting out the problem/mess. A brilliant location everything... More

Hotel recently been refurbished - Ok place to stay for 1 or 2 nights clean but basic, the bed was comfortable. No restaraunt /cafe on site but only a 5-10min walk to town centre. Free parking in the council run car park (if you can find a space) approx couple of hundred yards from hotel.

Huge room but tiny bathroom in comparison and no furniture so our clothes were kept in piles on the floor. Staff are very friendly and can tell you everything you need to know about the local area and very good restaurant recommendations. Travelodge's advertising campaign tells you they've got new beds but it seems they've had to sell off the... More

Stayed for one night in a family room, lovely receptionist (young lady maybe called Jackie.. .. she had a scouse accent), put us in a ground floor room as there was a stag do on the top floor, very nice of her, she was friendly and had good local knowledge. Room was massive, beds were great, bathroom was immaculate.... Basically... More

No matter where you stay Travelodge's tend to be of pretty much the same standard, this one however has several things going for it... Parking Brilliant - free parking within 2 minutes walk of the hotel and the instructions on the website are very clear and easy to follow. Location Excellent - the theatre is about 150m away, there are... More

Room wasn't cleaned on the 2nd day but this was rectified immediatley and we were given a complimentary breakfast. Situated on the Dock you are 30 seconds away from amazing views and you are only 15 mins away from the castle. I would highly recommend this travelodge. I wouldn't recommend using the local bar/restaurant fro the all you can eat... More

We stayed here for 6 nights as part of our first, budget trip, to Wales. Good sized room with comfortable bed and comfortable bathroom. The placing of this travelodge is perfect for a family sightseeing trip. The only downside was that the children's beds were quite firm. The premier inn and the travel lodge in this town are as good... More

Spent three nights at Travelodge Caernarfon, early August, 2014. Have to say one of the nicest Travelodge's I have stayed in. Which ever member of staff was on duty, all were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Had a slight problem with no new towels after the cleaners had been in on the second morning, but no... This Travelodge is in a far more convenient location than previous lodges I have stayed at. However as the windows in the rooms are small, high and hardly open the room is dark and extremely stuffy. I do find it a shame that as part of the Travelodge room upgrades the comfortable bed settees have been replaced with one hard... More
