The hotel is on the seafront but you cannot view it from the rooms. The town is a short distance away. There are some lovely old pubs. It is also on the doorstep if morrisons and they have a cafe or a salad bar. Free car park

Broken toilet seat. Dirty bath (I wouldn't dream of using the bath, but even standing for a shower was unpleasant due to muck in the bath). Mildew on the wall tiles in the bathroom. Dust on the light bar behind the bed. Not too cheap either ~£95 for 2 nights. Expected better.

A comfortable stay with as always, friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently situated for walking into Caernarfon and the car park is not too far away. Having to pay for Wi-Fi is a bit of an irritation

Myself and my partner stayed here 19/12/14 - room was clean and great value for money. The staff ( one girl in particular) was friendly, bubbly and went out of her way to book me a taxi for the morning ringing several different companies. She is a credit to Travelodge and I would recommend here to friends and family.

This Travelodge is quite new and the building was not originally designed as an hotel, with the result that it has very spacious rooms which are not the usual configuration - a welcome change. It is very well situated by the new Victoria Dock development and right next to the city walls. Clean and excellent value.

This modern refurbished hotel is centrally located in the town near the sea. The rooms were very large and well appointed. We booked 3 rooms and the staff were very helpful in getting the rooms adjacent. There is a free council car park adjacent to the hotel. For a cheap room it is hard to do better.

A lovely clean and refurbished travel lodge. Ideal location for the town and Castle. A more than adequate Family Room (Actually to big and slightly bare) for two adults and two children. Free parking a little bit of a trek but great views across the Menai Straits. Becca on reception was brilliant. Will defo use again when next that way.

Very smart, modern, quiet, comfortable hotel. Next to the marina in a docklands type setting, lovely area to wander around in the evening. Less than five minutes walk to the castle area. The only down-side is that there is no dedicated car park, nearest car park is a few minutes walk away, pay & display. I have to walk back... More

As travelodges go this one is quite good, its fairly new so not tired and scruffy like some. The location its less than a 5 minute walk to the castle and town centre but its far enough away not to be noisy. For breakfast there is a morrisons over the road or a wetherspoons just by the castle wall. I... More
