This must be the most horrible pace I ever went to eat. The menu looked so good and we were so excited...when the food came it turned out to be a different story: greasy potatoes, vegetables not boiled served in a metal bowl that looked like a dog's bowl, each meal floating in oil and just simply horrible. We were... More

Me and my friend stayed one night here , my room is on the top floor, the shower was not working very well, the hot water will go cold very soon ,so i have to restart it frequently. Besides, the view is very nice, location is good ,very near to the bangor pier. The breakfast is well prepared full English breakfast.

Myself, partner, daughter (12) and two dogs stayed here and although I do agree that some things do need updating, the staff and breakfast were great. We were a short drive from Snowdon and away from the crowds after a day sighseeing. The views from our room number 1 were lovely and it was quite a spacious room. We went... More

This had to be the worst place we have ever stayed. Yes it was run by very helpful friendly staff but...in our 60's we were given a room on the top floor. We had to walk up two outside flights of stair then up another 4 to reach our room.Had we been told about the location of our room at... More

Really nice location, overlooks the Menai Straits and Bangor Pier. Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with lots of choice & a chef happy to improvise if you ask for something else. Enjoyed the stay.

Stayed in room 7 for 1 night. First impressions on entering the reception hall, very musty smell, did mention to staff and they mentioned had been a leak, but had never noticed the smell; really! Room was decorated nicely, with a good view over the bay, seating area comfy. Did not appreciate the cobweb hanging over my pillow, mentioned it... More

This place is a throwback to the 70's, everything is brown. On arrival no parking available, not a good start. It's split into two properties, I stayed in room 15 in the main building.accessible via two flights of narrow staircases so not really suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Again the brown themed decor pervades with mould on the walls... More

After bailing out from Festival Number 6, we booked ourselves into Eryl Mor for one night before we headed off to Anglesey. On arrival, we were really tired and hungry (having had no sleep the night before as we tried to stop our tent blowing away!) so had a Sunday Roast and headed for a much needed afternoon nap. Couldn't... More

Daughters had a lovely, spacious, well appointed twin room- 8 - couldn't fault it. We had a pokey double with visible mould on wall and peeling paint - 15 - a shame. My husband wanted to give a 'poor' rating and my daughters a 'good' - hence 'average'. Breakfast ok - you can have what you want. Staff very friendly... More

Large twin room overlooking the pier. Stayed for 2 nights and towels changed daily. Small TV was a disappointment but everything else made up for it. Delicious cooked breakfast and evening meal that was so huge that none of us could finish it - a first for our family!
