Stayed here for 3 nights after previously swearing to never set foot in a Travelodge again. Very, very pleasantly surprised. A warm welcome from Erica at reception (a credit to the company), helpful, smiling & even offered to carry my bag upstairs. I guess there has been a recent refurb, the place was bright & clean, simple (clean) furnishings, comfy... More

To enjoy a stay at this hotel, and pretty much all Travelodge hotels, you need to be realistic. If you are looking for a romantic weekend away you will be disappointed. If you are looking for luxury you will be disappointed. If you have a vision of awaking in the morning to the smell of breakfast and freshly brewed coffee... More

We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending the university open day. At first I couldn't find it as it's a bit off the road but only saw the petrol station not the sign for Travelodge (this was probably my fault as the journey took 2hrs more than it should have (road works @ Birmingham) & I was tired.... Stay here during a trip along the old classmates. The Travelodge as fingertips to reach easily Snowdonia and Anglesey, and around there are many interesting things. The rooms are very clean and the staff was very helpful. We eat in the kitchen on our arrival and we have no complaints there. We have a good rest and I will stay here again.

Had a good stay, no issues, cot was made up for us for our 6 month old. Wish little chef's breakfasts were cheaper so we could have a decent cooked breakfast but hey, and all the lights/signs at the entrance to the car park were out so it looked closed (inc burger king etc) yet they were not. The 15... More

If the price is discounted then it is a okay. The rooms are generally clean. May need some refurbishment. The corridors are long. Customer service is okay. There is a Little chef next to Travelodge which is not good. Food was pathetic in Little chef. Ample free parking spaces.

Lovely hotel, room clean, bathroom clean but smelt funny (which is not hygiene based as I can't fault the cleanliness). Very quiet, the only whinge I have is that if you don't have a car there's no easy public transport links. I had to rely on taxis to get into Bangor, which are approx a tenner a go. There was... Looked at several other large company hotel groups, travelodge provides a very similar quality for half the price, I have stayed at several of the others and they offer little more than this Travelodge, the company have worked hard recently to really upgrade their hotels and it's worked. Room was clean, warm, with good facilities and comfy bed. Recommended

We stayed one night in a family room and it all went smoothly. Check in was quick, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. At checkout staff was very effective and friendly and provided great tips on local attractions. Definitely recommend the stay.
