Arrived at Travelogde bangor at 7pm in the evening, we were met by a pleasant lady on reception and given our keys plus a discount voucher for the Little Chef attached. Our rooms were very far away from reception and the main entrance, it was fine for us but would be difficult for anyone who has trouble with mobility. Rooms... More

Me and my daughter decided to take a trip to North Wales to cimb Mt Snowdon at the end of July, having driven all the way from Suffolk, Sat Nav plugged in with directions to the Travelodge Bangor, we came across this completely by accident, as the hotel is around 3 miles from the actual post code, just look for... We use Travelodge on a regular basis but this was the first time at a refurbished property and have got to say we were impressed. The hotel ticked all the boxes and was an ideal location for our needs.

We received excellent customer care service from the reception staff during our stay and the room was clean, well presented and ideal for our needs. This was our second visit - we'd also been here December 2014. Good value for money.

stayed at 2 Travelodges this week, this one and one at Shrewsbury. This one is just as good as the Shrewsbury one clean, tidy, staff pleasant and friendly. Both though have the same failings, Disabled Parking! Though there are disabled parking bays present on both sites the bays were taking up by vehicles NOT displaying Blue Badge Permts. Really pointless... More

I managed to get decent prices early online but I'd never pay full money for a Travelodge. The first impression of these services is a tired building in need of some TLC and the Little Chef certainly needs an overhaul. Luckily, the Travelodge had had a recent facelift. This had been updated with their new 'dreamer' beds but oh lord,... More

My family stayed here 3 years ago at the beginning of my university course. At that time the rooms needed a serious upgrade, however the staff were very friendly and attentive. However, we stayed here this July for graduation and there was an obvious upgrade. The room refurbishments are a great improvement and have added to the enjoyment of our... More

Our room was clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. Although, it is in Bangor - it is pretty far out from the town centre and therefore you have to rely on a car to see the shops and the local scenery. Even though it is near a busy service station we were not disturbed by traffic.

I stayed here with my sister and three children in two rooms for four nights whilst visiting relatives in Caernarfon. The hotel is easy to find, just off the A55 and therefore had great links to other parts of North Wales. It was also considerably cheaper than other hotels in the area which is a major factor when needing two... More
