Visited here for there weekly grill Night and had the homemade Kofta with a side salad and homemade chips.Despite the Kofta being spicy it was delicious and came with a homemade garlic mayonnaise dip..All the ingredients are locally sourced and freshly made to order. You don't mind waiting when it tastes that good..Keep up the good work

7 of us stayed Fri - Sun. Very friendly & lively, but no good if you want a quiet w'kend as Karaoke, Disco. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast needs to be ordered night before & served 8am-9am. Bar Food really good value & best Homemade Chips ever! We stayed as had arranged Charity Zip-wire, so it's a good location is... More

The first visit was great in every way. The second visit was generally problematic. I was travelling solo, and asked for a single. They put me in (and charged me for) a double that even they admitted was rather small for a double and they'd advise me of it if I was part of a couple booking in there. The... More

Dear guest, Having looked at our booking in forms, we didn't charge you for a double at all - we simply didn't have any singles left, and so put you in our double occupancy room (Room 5) which we charged you single occupancy, based on our tariff prices found on our website. The bed itself isn't a single, and is... More

Where to begin.. The guy at the front of house complained about being there "I'm not even supposed to be here now" were his initial words. His ability to communicate was limited, let alone any decent customer service. The building downstairs has a very dark interior both in terms of the decor, and the lack of natural light. Luckily our... More

Hadn't risen properly. All in all, would stay again. I have first stayed here three years ago when my daughter first started Bangor university, same great service... More

My husband and I visited the Waverley on Sunday 21st June 2015 for the first time. We were greeted by the friendly Manager and Staff, who were so courteous and helpful and very welcoming. The Sunday dinner was second to none. Generous portions of perfectly cooked meat, vegetables to everyone's liking. They even packed up the remaining meat for us... More
