Set right on the front with stunning sea views. The castle is a 2 minute walk away and the centre just 5-10 minutes so in a great location in the quiter end of town. There's free parking along the sea front outside SeaBrin which was great. Basic rooms and a bit dated throughout but wonderful friendly hosts and a good... More

Marise and Wilf are an excellent friendly team in this seafront hotel on the South Marine terrace. Many of their guests are regulars, and the hearty breakfast is accompanied by pleasant conversation, views out to sea, the occasional glimpse of a dolphin, and other guests young children trying (very politely) to remove your plate before you have finished with it.... We stayed for three nights in two first floor rooms - a sea view double and a garden view twin en suite. Marise and Wilf were welcoming upon arrival, as was Reo the friendly labrador, and there was useful info about the town in a folder in our room. The decor is a bit dated and the bathrooms are small,... More

We would stay in this B&B again. The landlady was kind, knowledgeable and there was good information in the rooms. She made us some sandwiches for our day trip out. It faced the sea and it was a great stay. My son liked it also.

My wife and I carefully checked online B & B options, read all the trip advisor write-ups before choosing to book with the Seabrin. When booking our room, Marise, landlady (and in my opinion - future first lady of the Welsh Assembly!) answered my phone call, she immediately inspired me with her helpful and pleasant nature. My wife and I... More

Marise and Wilf are a fantastic couple. We booked two weeks in advance and on day of turning up in my big car they hsd reserved a space for me outside their home! Rooms clean and tidy. Bed nice and soft. Shared shower room. Must like dogs as they have a friendly dog. Breakfast was cooked with traditional thick bacon... More

We stayed at Seabrin when we went to collect our daugher from university. Unfortunately, my husband was taken ill while we were there, and was kept in hospital in Aberystwyth. Marise and Wilf were absolutely wonderful. They found a room for myself, my daughter and our 2 dogs, so that we could stay in Aber to be near him. They... More

Turned up on spec, students were going home so Aberystwyth B&B's were nearly all fully booked. Found Seabrin and luckily they had a double room vacant. Marise and Wilf were very welcoming, so was Rio their lovely Labrador. Room was at the back but Marise did offer us a seaview for the following night if we wanted to move but... More

Had a lovely stay here. Marise and Wilf were very welcoming, the place was scrupulously clean. We stayed in room 7 with great views of the sea and a really big size. Breakfast was very tasty and the bacon was the tastiest I have ever had.
