booked this after reading about it on Trip Advisor. Exactly as described in the other reviews. Great breakfast, friendly staff and a good location. On the seafront and handy for the town as well. Easy parking right outside the door.

Excellent all round. Spotless, lovely big room for a single, en suite, with 2 armchairs. Breakfast included though I only had toast and an egg!
