i stayed for one night last summer. I had to cancel before the arrival date, they wouldn't let me cancel. The problem they had was other guests who had cancelled after midnight the before the night of staying. Thier policy is if you cancel after midnight the day before you arrive you've lost your money. Considering i hadn't been well... More

While the greeting on arrival was friendly, that is really where the positives of this hotel stop. The room was small, but nothing particularly remarkable. However it was the electrics which were the greatest cause for concern. When I plugged the TV in, there were two popping noises, and then nothing happened. I tentatively tried to turn the power button... More

I stayed here for a friends wedding. It was cheap so I expected it to be basic, however the room I was given was the size of a prison cell, with a tiny TV fixed on the wall. I can honestly say my room was filthy - dirty sheets (I very much doubt they had been laundered at all!), dirty... More

I needed a cheap place for one night and there it was - only £30 for a single room. The landlady was very helpful, the location was supreme - almost strict centre but at the same time you could leave your car somewhere nearby without having to pay for it. WiFi/TV/hairdryer/clean towels/kettle with some tea/coffee/sugar sachets - all was provided.... More

Friendly welcome, and the breakfast was alright, but if on arrival they try and put you in the annexe and not the main building - go elsewhere. I presume it's student accommodation because it really is awful. Kettle in the room but could not find mugs, tea, coffee etc or even any towels. Bathrooms were absolutely appalling, worse than what... More

We had some car difficulties so we could not appreciate the town as much as we would like but we found this facility clean and comfortable and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was good. We had a upper floor room.

I was created at reception by the host who is really nice and relaxed person and I felt I could ask him anything about anything regarding my stay in Aberystwyth. The room I was allocated was in a separate building across the road which I found surprising but turned out to be lovely. My room had was nice and clean... More

Our room was in the building across the road, on a lovely quiet street, near the promenade / Pubs/ shops, centrally located. The hosts were very accommodating as we had a cycle event early the next day, they got up especially early to make us a lovely tasty breakfast, you can't ask for more than that. The room was clean... our welcome was good and the hosts were helpful if we needed anything (eg. looking after our luggage for the rest of the day after our check-out, providing a key case in case they were out when we returned to collect it) the bedroom was very comfy, no doubt the building structure made it difficult to make an en-suite that... Excellent guest house, 5 star. breakfast very tasty. The internet is fibre optic i think..so fast! makes closing deals so much easier. The beach is close by and room was very tidy. Definitely will be coming back!
