We stayed for two nights to visit our new grandson and found The Gables to be an ideal situation within easy reach of Worcester city centre. On our arrival we were greeted by the very pleasant proprieter who took us to room 4. A large yet cosy room with en suite very clean and tidy with tea making facilities and... More

Enjoyed an overnight stay for a business trip with my wife. Good location, very clean, tastefully presented and a yummy breakfast. Couldn't really ask for more. More

What a gem! We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and enjoyed the Christmas Market in town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with all we needed to relax after a busy day shopping. Jeanette the owner was friendly and informative regarding the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a good start to the day.... More

Stayed there this weekend after reading the reviews and it lived up to the reviews. Really comfy rooms and good value for money. More

A really welcoming, friendly, spotlessly clean Guest House with a great breakfast. Highly recommended when visitng the Worcester / Malverns Area. A short 20 minute walk to the town centre and in a quiet location. Mrs Ratcliffe is very friendly and will accommodate earlier breakfasts if required. More

A very comfortable stay, spoiled by not being able to have breakfast at the weekend. I was not offered any alternative. I do understand that the owners of B & Bs need to have a life but I do feel that to start breakfast at 9.00 at a weekend is very restricting. Most people who are spending time and money... More

Due to university commitments, I decided to stay here for 5 days. My partner came as well, so we could have our first trip away together and visit the city in the evenings. I've only ever been with family. And how wonderful it was! The landlady, Janette, was so friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The room was... More

We stayed here for two nights to attend a nearby wedding. We had our two little ones in tow and the owner was friendly & accommodating. We had Room 4 which was large and spacious and we were all able to sleep in the room comfortably - this room also has an adjoining bathroom. Breakfast was very good. More
