We stayed at this hotel for two nights and was exceptionally pleased with the standard of the hotel and the quality of the staff. The quality of the food was stunning, in particular the breakfast. The staff couldn't do enough to help at breakfast despite being exceptionally busy. The rooms were clean and fresh, and the standard of the decor... More

The hotel was excellent and located close to the race course, so was ideal for the Beer and Cider Festival. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, including a personal safe for vaulables. The breakfast and service were exceptional. The only downside was we found the mattress was too springy, but would definately use this hotel again.

Another stay at the whitehouse while attending the beer festival. The room was clean, a good size and we slept well. We were the first ones down for breakfast so we had a good choice and everything was freshly cooked. As on previous visits all of the staff we had contact with were pleasant and helpful. See you next year

This hotel is as many other reviews have stated, is ideally located to explore the historic city of Worcester. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean. We only stayed for one night on a busy Friday during the Three Choirs Festival and the hotel was full. This probably accounted for the slightly chaotic breakfast room... More

This is our second stay at The Worcester Whitehouse. We were in Worcester for the Beer Festival and have attended this festival for the last four years. This hotel is the better of three we have used in the past, hence our return. The location is perfect, a ten min walk to the beer fest, close to train station, pubs,... More

Wonderful hotel nice place to chill out after an afternoon slurping at the Beer festival. The staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful spa facilities not too busy either so could chill. Room service was good value too. We even got a 4 poster bed.

Stayed here for 1 night. The location was perfect for us- we were spending the day at the ale festival so only a 5 minute walk- the hotel is clean but needs modernising and things like tiles in the bathroom could do with grouting- the rooms were baking hot and only a tiny fan- there is a panel that we... Brilliant location in teh city center, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfasts and accomodation. Great value for the money! Hair driers, irons and iron boards in each room. There is a parking as well. On the other side of the street, there's a 24h Tesco supermarket and a Wetherspoons pub. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was lovely and staff very cheerful. My only grind was the disturbance from the sea gulls near by - i'm a light sleeper and tend to hate any noise of anykind. Apart from that its a lovely and cosy hotel. Ideal for business and leisure.

10 mins walk from the cathedral (along an absolutely straight road, so no possibility of getting lost!) and almost directly opposite Foregate train station: ideal for us visiting Worcester for the Three Choirs Festival. Young staff occasionally made the odd mistake, eg place-settings for meals - there always seemed to be some item missing, like: no teaspoons; or 6 places... More
