Happened to go here twice in three days, and both times equally great. Really good food, well served in a wonderful riverside garden. A couple of real ales, and some very good cheesy chips. I'd be just as happy here for drinks after work as bringing the family for a Sunday roast. They were happy to accommodate a couple of... More

Having originally come from worcester I'm well acquainted with the diglis for a lovely afternoon drink on the riverside but since moving away we have made it our home from home. We have stayed in several occasions with our little one and we alway have out same room Rm30 a junior suite over looking the river :) There is plenty... More

Very cosy pure English hotel very close to the famous Cathedral. It is only 10 min kleve walk and you are in the centre. The room was quite big and has a beatiful veiw of the river.Breakfast was served in the conservatory and was very good. The staff were helpful and caring. The hotel has a nice relaxing atmosphere of... More

Lovely hotel, rooms, staff, location, but sadly lacking in evening atmosphere. Dined at the hotel but the food was very disappointing. Could be so much better. Breakfast on the other hand was very good

Superb room over looking the river. Lovely and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the evening meal and breakfast was served in the conservatory overlooking the river. Very beautiful setting and nice relaxed atmosphere. Both meals were excellent. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would love to visit again.

A majority of our rooms have a river view giving areal country feel to a city centre hotel. As a privately owned and operated hotel there is more of a family atmosphere and this is reflected in the attitude of the staff. We try to make sure all our guests have an enjoyable stay and feel part of the Diglis... More

We stayed here on two occasions in May. Had a wonderful room down by the river. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Food was very good and served in a lovely setting overlooking the river. it's a very easy walk to the city centre either along the river or via the old Royal Worcester factory - which contains a wonderful... Dined a la carte in the conservatory overlooking the river. The food was superb and reasonably priced. It was a hot Saturday evening, and the outside seating area was packed - but plenty of room inside for diners, and good views over the river. Service was exemplary, despite our waiter working the garden as well as the conservatory. We would... More

Sat outside on a lovely sunny afternoon, the view is lovely across the river and the atmosphere is chilled. We had the burger which was possibly the best burger I've had and fish and chips which came wrapped in paper! Very happy with it all. Will def visit again! Only improvement I could see was that dessert is very limited... More

Stayed here on a Worcester races ladies day weekend in June 2014. Great location, ten minutes walk along the river bank to the race course, a couple of minutes from the cathedral and central Worcester. So far so good. The old house is nice, the grounds ok but not large. The welcome and attention from the staff was fine for... More

Our location with its spectacular vies and the ambience of the Georgian house make for a great place to stay. We are privately owned and operated and that means you get a more personal service and while you felt quite rightly the room could be updated we do have an ongoing refurbishment programme most of our rooms have been completed...
