Re-opened after a successful makeover, the Dewdrop has now been back in business for about 6 weeks. The staff hit the right balance, being polite, efficient and friendly. The room was excellent, pleasant décor, enough space to move around and adequate cupboard and drawer space for clothes. The bathroom was also good, very clean and practical, though the lighting was... More

We stayed one night - on a bushiness visit to Leominster and then onto Shrewsbury to visit family - having booked on line. We were welcomed and shown to our room that was very well furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. We arranged to have dinner in the restaurant that appears to have been recently refurbished and well designed - it... More

As previous rewievers, we have also been to the Dewdrop on several occasions over the years, and it has often failed miseably. Now under new management and it works wonderfully. Beautiful food, attentive staff and nice decor and atmosphere. We will most certainly return. Thanks guys.

My parents live locally and I go back to visit often - since the pub has been renovated we've been there a few times for drinks and have remarked on the friendly staff, stylish decor and generally lovely ambiance. The garden is also lovely with a little play area and plenty of tables. We went back this weekend for Father's... More

We live locally and popped in for a meal, but to be honest we nearly didn't go as it has been so bad over the years but I am glad we did. The new owners have transformed the place with a fantastic renovation that really makes the place feel comfortable and stylish. The food was fantastic and even though they... More

Called in, booked from a distance to break our journey, we found a pleasant peaceful pub, with a motel side to it with excellent accommodation an excellent restaurant and menu, and a pub with good beer! The staff there were really friendly and helpful too. Small garden at front with a little climbing frame, very nice, and close to the... More

Fell upon this pub whilst out for a drive - the pub has just been beautifully refurbished, the staff were excellent and we had the best sandwiches we have ever had. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

The owners of this restaurant took a booking from us for 24 walkers for January. We checked with them at the end of December that all was okay, but we now find that they have done a runner without notifying us. The booking is for tomorrow. It would have been so easy to e mail us or leave a message... More

The Dewdrop Inn was a brilliant place to stay giving the magic of a rural pub, supported by a restuarant offering a decent menu, great selections and reasonable prices, along with 9 B&B rooms (8 of which are ground level) in an annexe with direct access to the garden. The rooms were exceptionally clean and provided everything a traveller could... More
