A good value-for-money B and B, well situated in the heart of Great Malvern with parking (we didn't use our car all weekend). Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. Great shower in the en-suite. A well-cooked breakfast. Friendly hosts. More

A good location just off the centre of Great Malvern with parking so a great spot to go out and explore on foot. The room was comfortable and had everything one might expect for a 'value for money' break. A good breakfast too. More

We have just stayed here for a long weekend. Staff were friendly but unobtrusive, Room was large and clean with a decent en suite and the beds were comfortable. As others have said the whole hotel is a little tired but if they spend the money making it modern their prices will rise and we will all have to go... More

Stayed for one night, very good location virtually right in the centre of Great Malvern. Shops, restruants all in easy walking distance and walks to top of the Malvern’s, no need to use car. Staff very friendly, nothing too much. It's a very old house and on reading past reviews, "It's a bit tired", it's one of those places that... More

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The room we had was described as ensuite but had no water supply, even for the kettle. You had to lock a door behind you in the corridor to ensure privacy. The loo was out of the room and down three uneven stairs with no handrails which were hazardous at night. When... More

We stayed here to attend our grandson's wedding. It was an easy stroll into the center of town. The bed was comfortable and we were not disturbed by traffic or any other noise. The decor generally was rather tired. Breakfast was very good. More

We were booked into this hotel by the local tourist office. Location was perfect as we wanted to be in the centre of town and there was plenty of private parking . Gardens were lovely and the room was nice and quiet. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel public areas are very tired and in great... More
