I recently stayed in this hotel as a wedding guest and I cannot fault the service the staff gave. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff we encountered during our stay. They went above and beyond the service I have experienced in other hotels. The hotel itself was clean with some character in the older section. The... More

My wife arranged this as a surprise birthday trip. The location of the hotel is beyond reproach right in the middle of Malvern which is a lovely town. Our room was exceptionally clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly and breakfast was very good indeed. The only criticisms I can make are 1. that the curtains in the rooms did... More

The hotel itself and the staff were absolutely fantastic. I had a lovely stay and the surroundings were beautiful. There was a lot of walking but well worth it. They were very kind in looking after your bags after checkout until your lift comes too, Breakfast felt a little rushed but was nice all the same. Not many TV channels,... More

we stayed here for 1 night only in July.It is a very grand building from outside and the bar/restaurant facilities all looked very appetizing . Unfortunately the room was very tired looking and does require a lick of paint.in our opinion this hotel was nearer to 3 star standard. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall this hotel... More

Haven't stayed in the Abbey for 15years. It hasn't improved in this time.Found cockroaches in the bathroom, not a pretty site first thing in the morning. Bath panel hanging off, curtains not hanging properly from the rail, hence unable to close.Looking very tiered. Ate in the restaurant, food expensive, and unnappetising. Will not be staying again any time soon, and nor should any... More

My wife and I were spending the weekend in Malvern and wanted to stay somewhere nice on the Saturday night so decided to spend a little extra and stay in the Abbey Hotel. The problems started the moment we arrived when I asked if they had a parking space for me. The girls at the desk didn't have a clue... More

Centrally situated in Malvern the Abbey has fabulous staff, and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel interior at first looks a little tired, but our executive room was first class, even with a liitle note asking to leave a message if something wasnt working (great idea!) Very comfy bed, 2 large bottle of water (other hotels PLEASE NOTE!), dressing... More
