First the good. Pleasant staff and good breakfast. Now the not so good....where do I start. My room, #9, cold, dreary and in a generally poor, tired state. In need of major refurbishment - and I don't mean a spalsh of paint. It all needs ripping out. Bed linen that I would throw out. A bed that was uncomfortable and... More

Stayed here as we were going to see Blood Brothers at Malvern Theatre. Good Choice. Really good lunch. Small but cosy room, good location and only a few minutes walk to the theatre. The Bar was really good though, friendly people and we had a good laugh. Breakfast was of a very high standard. Yes we would stay here again.... More

We have to sat this is the best Hotel I have stayed at in the u.k. The welcome was outstanding, our room was large and airy and the jacuzzi bath in a very large bathroom was fab. The Hotel even took time out to send us a card for our 30th anniversary. It is also the first Hotel where I... More

Stayed at this hotel recently for a week whilst on a course, apart from the bed being rather lumpy and uncomfortable, i cant really say a bad word about the place. Its an old building so its bound to have its faults but it fits in well with its surroundings. It has great car parking and is well situated with... More

The food and the service was really good at the mount pleasant but the rooms could do with a little work, the mattress was uncomfortable and the shower is tap adjustable which makes it very hard to get the desired temperature. Apart from that a good week long stay.

We stayed in room 2 which although was clean and adequate in terms of facilities, was above the function room. A wedding at night and then used as a church the morning of check out, not ideal! It had good parking and was very central for Malvern and the surrounding countryside. The staff we encountered were also friendly and helpful.... More

The georgian building is full of character, although the ground floor loungeand restaurant were modern. We had a lovely light room with four-poster bed, and fantastic views. The room looked recently refurbished with a great en-suite shower room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The free car park was a real bonus as parking... More

Within 10 minutes of arriving we asked to have another room. Unfortunately they were full. The room has views over the corrugated roofing over the kitchen. The bathroom badly needs renovation. The floor slopes. What with this and the bed mattress having collapsed on one side when in bed I felt as if I was going to fall out. At... More
