Stayed here as we were going to see Blood Brothers at Malvern Theatre. Good Choice. Really good lunch. Small but cosy room, good location and only a few minutes walk to the theatre. The food and the service was really good at the mount pleasant but the rooms could do with a little work, the mattress was uncomfortable and the shower is tap adjustable which makes it very hard to get the desired temperature. Apart from that a good week long stay.

We Stayed in this Hotel * for two nights in room No1 best in the Hotel, the first evening the Sanilav type toilet exploded covering me in you know what, the second night this happened again covering me and the floor and walls with some thing brown and a bit thicker . We stayed in room 2 which although was clean and adequate in terms of facilities, was above the function room. A wedding at night and then used as a church the morning of check out, not ideal! Within 10 minutes of arriving we asked to have another room. Unfortunately they were full. The room has views over the corrugated roofing over the kitchen. The bathroom badly needs renovation.
