My wife and I were warmly greeted by Chris, the head chef/owner of this gothic house. He informed us that he is in charge of the kitchen and gardens, his wife Barbara is in charge of the hotel and staff and their handsome Airedale, Hector, is the General Manager. How often does one find a hotel where you can put... More

We chose this hotel because of the Tripadviser reviews and we were not disappointed. Everywhere was spotless. The hotel is located a short walk from the town and the walks on the hills. The meal in the restaurant was superb and the best meal we have enjoyed for a long time. Well done, keep it up. We will definitely be... More

We have just returned from our third break at this wonderful hotel and restaurant. The food in the restaurant is outstanding and all of the staff have been well trained, an indication of the all round quality of the establishment. A super base for exploring the local area too. We recommend the Cotford to any discerning traveller.

We were very impressed by the helpful and friendly service at the Cotford Hotel this weekend. We were badly held up in traffic on the way there and arrived nearly an hour late for our dinner reservation but we phoned ahead and warned the receptionist who very kindly arranged for us to sit down one hour late. The meal was... More

We make a habit of having weekend breaks away and this was definitely one of the best we have stayed in. The hotel is beautiful, staff were all happy, everyone was friendly, polite and professional all at the same time. Our room was spotlessly clean and all throughout everywhere was furnished thoughtfully and tastefully. The food in the restaurant was... More

'Mary Poppins perfect in every way' I found this hotel to be perfect in every way, The building is set in a landscaped garden, the rooms are delightfully decorated and spotlessly clean, Every effort has been made to make a visitors stay comfortable. The breakfast is individually cooked to order, the owners made every effort to make you welcome. Overall... More

The Cotford: a “Boutique” hotel and resturant in Malvern, Worcestershire is quite special and possibly more than the sum of its parts. Their description is that it is a Gothic Victorian building with luxurious rooms, an award winning restaurant and beautiful landscaped gardens. All nestled at the foot of the wonderful Malvern Hills, in Worcestershire. They are right, no overstatement... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early June. We had a very nice time and thought the hotel was great. The restaurant is definitely worth visiting as the food was fantastic. Definitely would return if ever in the area. Locations was great being just a short walk to the village.
