This hotel has fond memories from childhood where we'd sit outside supping halves of shandy after walks up British Camp, along to Eastnor and back along the ridgeway. It was a surprise when my company booked seven of us in for a night...and I felt a little nervous that my childhood recollections would be disappointed. On arrival by Taxi from... more

MHH sells itself as "The perfect choice in a magnificent location". It's certainly an great location right on the ridge of the hills and if walking and views are your thing it's probably the perfect choice. Once you return from whatever your choice of adventure may be, the bar is a great place to relax and the money they've spent... more

Have just returned home after a weekend away at this hotel and thought all was excellent - very friendly and polite staff and nothing was too much trouble, food was good, although a little pricey, along with the location. We stayed in a family room which was very modern and clean with good facilities. Breakfast was good and more then... more

I was absolutely shocked this bank holiday weekend to see such vile and loathesome behaviour towards a customer from the PROPRIETOR no less!! A public house that I used to frequent with my late husband after fine ambling on the Malvern Hills has become such a poor excuse for one to take a quiet and leisurely beverage. This once amicable... more

THis is not the full story the couple concerned did write a letter of complaint this was prior to august, it does pay to get facts correct,in the letter they stated they would no longer use the hotel, then when they find nowhere else they came back, the result was they were informed they were no longer welcome ,how come the lady...

Am I right in thinking that the management is husband and wife? LOL. What a duo, talk about incompetence!! This is the place, seriously give this a wide berth. Okay down to the nitty gritty.... a receptionist at popular hotel received vile and uncalled for abuse from 'Bob/Rob' whatever his name is - aka 'The Manager at the Malvern Hills... more

We stayed here on a last minute two night break. Staff were friendly and quite welcoming. Excellent bathroms, well appointed and both clean and new. Small grumble in that toiletries were minimal and not replaced for the second night!! bed rather soft and barely double which was a shame as the linen was good, and the furniture in good condition.... more

We have just returned from spending a night at this lovely hotel. The situation could not be better, next to British Camp with access to a route right across the Malvern Hills. Althouh we are not 'walkers' we thoroughly enjoyed our walk to the Worcestershire Beacon and then down the hill to Malvern where there is a convenient bus service... more

Good Points : Great food (vegetarians actually have more than one option !). Already fully non-smoking establishment - so fresh air both inside and out. Very clean. Freshly decorated rooms. Good Breakfast. Lovely open fire in bar. Comfy beds. On-site car parking. Friendly staff. Good access to some great walks (British Camp directly across the road). Not so Good (I... more
