Have just returned home after a weekend away at this hotel and thought all was excellent - very friendly and polite staff and nothing was too much trouble, food was good, although a little pricey, along with the location. We stayed here on a last minute two night break. Staff were friendly and quite welcoming. Excellent bathroms, well appointed and both clean and new. Small grumble in that toiletries were minimal and not replaced for the second night!! bed rather soft and barely double which was a shame as the linen was good, and the furniture in good condition.... more

We have just returned from spending a night at this lovely hotel. The situation could not be better, next to British Camp with access to a route right across the Malvern Hills. Althouh we are not 'walkers' we thoroughly enjoyed our walk to the Worcestershire Beacon and then down the hill to Malvern where there is a convenient bus service... more
