We had reserved a room two months before arrival , requesting by phone "a room with a great view". How disappointing to find we had been assigned the GARDEN room overlooking the parking area on the ground floor. We stayed for two nights to mark my husband’s birthday and everything went well from the moment we stopped the car outside the main entrance to the moment that we left.
