Just spent a work week at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel in Windsor UK. This is a lovely hotel in Windsor center just minutes from the castle and Eton. I would recommend this hotel to others visiting the area. My room (#416) was spacious and quiet although lighting in the bathroom was a too dim for my liking. Although upon... More

Our family of 9 (three generations) had a very pleasant stay here. All our requests and requirements were met in all aspects and found the staff very helpful despite the fact the hotel was extremely busy. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to a friend.

A great location right by the river and bridge to Eaton College. The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient but I found the hotel premises a little tired and not quite what I expected from past experiences about 10 years back. Felt the carpet and some furniture needed renewing . the old building is fragmented but has charm Saying... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights on a girly weekend away and was pleasantly surprised all round. The rooms were great and the staff beyond helpful! The breakfast was good and the dinner was great. We were left with no room to complain until the morning we were checking out the breakfast area was a rush. This is a... More

Stayed here for 1 night on my birthday and this was booked as a birthday present by my partner. Staff were friendly and the lady working on the desk upgraded us from a standard room to a room with a 4 poster bed and a massive terrace overlooking the Thames for £25. Such a shame that it rained all day... More

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, 9 of us in total, two rooms rooms were excellent the third very poor facing a brick wall (ensure you book a road facing room) Concierge are very good but make sure you reserve your parking spot well in advance other wise you will not get a spot. Location is perfect, right... More

this was our second time staying at this hotel. We had a room within the main part of the hotel. We loved our room which had a terrace overlooking the Thames. The service was excellent as was the food. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Windsor staying at this hotel.

This hotel has a perfect location in the centre of Windsor, by the river. If the weather is fine, I imagine that dining on the terrace would be lovely. Our room was across the road in the annex. It was larger than expected and the bed was comfy. It does, however, need some updating, The carpet needs replacing and some... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights on an internet deal, which included one dinner. The location is great, being right on the river and by a pedestrian bridge over to Eton. Our room was excellent, although in an annexe across the road. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apparently there are about 90 rooms, but only parking for... More

Quirky hotel in a great location close to Eton High Street and Windsor Town Centre and walks along the river. Food and service were fabulous. Reception staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was not to the standard I had expected although well appointed with all services you would expect. Free wi-fi patchy in the room we had.
