Plus points - clean, comfortable, good breakfast, pub nextdoor serving good meals, pleasant & friendly hosts. Negative points - entrance to the car park scary (had to race to be one of the first back to the B&B in the evening to secure parking spot that was easy to exit for the morning), room was far too hot, shared bathroom.
