The hotel bar is welcoming with sofas and upholstered chairs and view of High Street. Andi, bar manager, was especially hospitable with new suggestions of British cocktails and weaves a great tale. He is a wonderful example of the friendly staff of the hotel.

We really liked this hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big with great bathroom, shower, air conditioning and very quiet at night. I d left a jacket in the wardrobe after check out and it was packaged and returned to me within 48 hours. Highly recommended.

If you may want to visit the charming city of Windsor UK , you must go to the Mercure Castle Windsor !! Only 2 minutes walking from the Royal castle , surrounded by good restaurants and pubs , you'll enjoy your stay However rooms are a little bit small and bathrooms could be refurbished .great breakfast and nice staff
