I stayed at this hotel for my hen party last weekend. The booking process was smooth (the staff were quick to answer any questions) and everyone was really friendly and helpful during our visit. My sister and I stayed in a twin room, which was clean and had plenty of space. The single rooms, used by my friends, were rather... More

We had a lovely stay at this clean attractive hotel, the rooms are quite compact but with lots of the facilities you need in a hotel room. Breakfast was excellent and the main waitress who served us most days was very warm and genuine. It's a bit of a walk up tot he castle, but you get to see the... More

The staff hare are so nice and helpful id definitely stay again. Breakfast lovley!! ;-) Only complaint was bed was a bit lumpy and old, and the toilet seat loose. Good parking at the rear, great location for exploring Windsor.

At walking distance from the castle, this hotel is simple, but well equipped and comfortable. Good service, good breakfast and clean rooms. Just be aware that this old building has narrow steep stairs which can be a bit difficult for people with limitations in mobility.

Stayed one night on a business trip. Single room was adequate. Bed mattress was extremely hard! The evening staff were great. Sarah in particular was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The downside to this hotel was The parking - or lack of it! Because I didn't get there until fairly late, all the spaces had been taken, meaning I had... More

I stayed one night. It is a little bit outside the centre but Windsor is only small so not a big drawback, though it is probably too far for most to walk from either station. It is very close to the Long Walk but as breakfast ends at 9 am you can't really go for a jog or walk before brekky without... I used this hotel for a business trip and enjoyed my stay. The single en-suite room was adequate in size with a trouser press, safe and free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately my room was situated on a raised corridor so passage of other customers was sometimes a little noisy but didn't bother me. Breakfast was excellent. There was a choice of tradition... Myself and my husband stayed here for Valentines day and booked a package through Off Peak Luxury, which included a room upgrade, bottle of champagne, 3 course dinner and reserved parking. We had a wonderful stay and can not fault this hotel or the staff. They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was... More

Booked the hotel for a Valentine's weekend break. The hotel itself is in a lovely quiet residential area (well it would be if it wasn't down the road from Heathrow - you can not get away from low flying aircraft in Windsor!) and is a charming, wonky Grade II listed building. (As a result, there is no lift.) The room... More

Dear Guest. Many thanks for your review, naturally I am extremely pleased to read that you had an enjoyable visit to The Royal Adelaide Hotel. Due to the high volume on Valentines Weekend we quickly depleted of the mentioned Croissants which are part of our breakfast offering, I can only apologise for this. I am pleased to read that you... My boyfriend booked this hotel as a surprise valentines break. The hotel on arrival looked clean and tidy on the outside. The hotel has limited parking, and we were unable to park at the hotel however, they did point us in the direction of a good priced car park. The room itself was fairly small, bit had everything you need... More

Dear Guest. Many thanks for your review, naturally I am extremely pleased to read that you had an enjoyable visit to The Royal Adelaide Hotel. Due to the high volume on Valentines Weekend we offered a breakfast buffet to ensure a quick service and no delays, this of course will never replace the usual offering of a cooked breakfast from...
