Booked the Royal Adelaide Hotel for a New Years Eve break with my boyfriend for 2 nights. Was overall very pleasantly surprised. Is literally a 10 minute walk to main town centre & Windsor Castle. Food was absolutely lovely & couldn't fault. The staff for so nice , friendly & very accommodating. Will definitely go back again....

This is a basic hotel that is quaint and met our needs. Short walk to the castle through town. Close to the park with a great walk and view of the castle - a must do. Room was okay size with a Small bed. Decent cue. Parking a bit expensive with minimal options but appreciated they had it.

We stayed in Windsor overnight for a shopping trip and to visit a somewhere local rather than our normal London trip in December. The hotel was clean and traditional. Our room was small but big enough for a overnight stay and would have been fine for another night or two. In my opinion it was good value. We decided not... More

Unlike many hotels playing on this town's magnetic draw, this one fully justifies its Windsor location, being only half a mile from the famous castle. Although it's on a busy road, the bedrooms are mainly to the rear so quiet. The hotel sprawls over several buildings which results in a maze of corridors, staircases, and odd nooks that would confound... More

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel and felt it was good value for money. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. In the evening we went to the bar after we had been out for the evening. There was a private event on in an adjacent room so the bar area was quite busy. We queued... More

Needed a hotel in the area at short notice and they duly obliged. Good size single room staff very helpful, very good breakfast, nice quiet hotel a short ten minute walk from town centre with on-site car parking, and the staff allowed me to leave the car on site even a free check out

Potential guests must realise that this hotel is a) set in an old residential building and b) is in the extremely touristy destination of Windsor. These two facts help explain the narrow corridors, smallish rooms, absence of lifts and the price. All the other town centre hotels are way more expensive. The greeting on arrival was warm and friendly. Our... More

I was very disappointed when I got to my room, very drab interior and a stained armchair! was give another room after complaining but that wasn't clean either. sheets didn't fit the bed and there was a dirty scum mark round the bath. dodgy cups , no saucers. ridiculous for the money.

I stayed here overnight recently with colleagues on a business conference. The food was absolutely superb: the quality and quantity was excellent. The rooms let the hotel down a bit, with corridors which seem a bit 'dormitory-like'. My room, which was tiny, had cobwebs at the top of the window blinds and there were some stray hairs in various places,... More

A really nice hotel in pleasant quiet location. Rooms were well equipped and decorated tastefully. Staff were very friendly both at reception and those serving breakfast. Parking was a useful option but was £15.00 I Would recommend this hotel!
