Booked hotel as a wedding guest and paid extra for executive room. First room did not offer a bath as booked, but reception sorted out acceptable replacement. Also the window was covered in opaque glass so I could not see out at all. I would have thought an executive room would at least have a window that you could see... More

Great location, very welcoming reception with warm and friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful and warm, and included many extras, the bed was so comfy. i had a lovely nights stay prior to a long flight back to Australia - only 25 mins to Heathrow (Terminal 5)

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff, the concierge could not have been more helpful. Room was beautiful, 'my' only problem was that the window was locked (so as not to interfere with the temperature control) but as I'm a little claustrophobic I like to have my window open a little, but this was not anything to complain about. Breakfast was... More

Hotel looks fab, rooms look great. A glass of wine will sting you £9.00 and its, not even good wine. One . Of the, pubs a cross the street sell a large glass for £6.00 and it was a better pino than the Macdonald. Breakfast OMG ... £19.50 and it was shocking. The plate was hot, the food cold. One... More

We stayed here for two nights in October and found this far exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculately clean and included all the extra little things that make a hotel stay special. All the members of staff we met during our stay were very helpful and friendly. The bar area was very welcoming and the staff again were very... More

Your Review Excellent hotel in very good location. Staff are very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for somewhere in close vicinity to the castle, river, shops, bars and restaurants then this hotel is worth considering.

We booked the scenic view room on the fourth floor as per reviews on the web. Definitely glad we did! Excellent view of the castle and High Street. Overall, very nice hotel, staff were very helpful and accommodating! The large room was separated by a wall. Two televisions, desk, nice furniture. Very nice bath. The bed was very comfortable. The... More

This hotel is modern and has a nice feel but a few things let it down. The bed was very comfortable. Fresh cookies and juice in the lobby. Now the bad: The lighting in the room was terrible. Very little natural light in this townhouse. No where to apply makeup. No shaving mirror, and the bathroom mirror is so far... More

I haven't stayed at this hotel (yet) however I needed to be in Windsor recently and the service from Tom & Stuart on the concierge team were very helpful in helping me charge my electric car in their underground garage. It was a real gem of a find and it's great to see hotels now providing that kind of service.... More

Booked Afternoon tea as a birthday treat for a friend. We had never visited the hotel before despite living and working in Windsor. The whole experience from start to finish was awful. Have had several afternoon teas at different locations in the area but this was by far the worst I have ever had. Service was so poor. We might... More
