Have just come back from staying one night at Elva Lodge Hotel. Pleasant stay, room comfortable. All the staff we met were very friendly. The hotel itself could do with freshening up - but that being said with the welcome the staff gave and the adequate breakfast - it suited our needs as we were away for just a short... More

We had our wedding reception at Elva Lodge hotel on Saturday October 4th and couldn't recommend it any more highly. From the first moment we contacted them we felt at ease. Hayley the manager, Laura the owner and every member of staff we dealt with were beyond friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our day... More

Upon reading the reviews left bu others I was unsure of what to expect. I received a very friendly welcome, comfortable stay and an excellent breakfast. Staff helped me or tried to print an email, free if charge. Nothing was enough trouble. My single room was good value at £55, much superior to other well known brands, room was spotless... More

Comfortable & friendly with a good car park just off the A4. Breakfast was excellent and there was a well stocked bar that they kept open for residents until late. The owners and all their staff were friendly & helpful. Dogs are allowed. A pleasurable stay.

We were in Maidenhead for a couple of nights, for my sister's wedding. We booked at the Elva Lodge Hotel, as we generally prefer smaller hotels to large chains. We were very happy with our choice! Prior to arriving, I had some correspondence by email, to add an extra night to the booking, and confirm ages of our children. Wojciech... More

Stayed here for a week, Sun- Fri. It wasn't the swishest or most up to date hotel but it was clean and comfy and the staff were excellent. The food was just ok but there was plenty of it, I would happily book in here again in this area.

Stayed there one night. It is convenient for local attractions as well as close to town centre. The room (double) was smallish, but had everything required. While overall clean, I think, rooms need a bit of “refreshment”. Breakfast standard. Overall, if I need to stay in the area again, I would probably book it again, as it is pleasing enough... More

I booked an executive room for 6 nights the room was very spacious, clean, a good sized bathroom, big fluffy towels greatly appreciated, a big wardrobe. I like quirky quaint hotels much more character than brand formula hotels. Inclusive breakfast was buffet style with everything you could want. Only down side the dinner service the first night was slow waited... More

The hotel is in a large old house that has been partially updated. It has some nice sitting/ common areas, a bar and restaurant. It is little mid-century run down, but does what is is supposed to do - provide reasonable accommodations for a reasonable price
