Sunny cottage is perfect in every way. The rooms are spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the beds so comfortable that a fabulous night sleep is guaranteed. Plenty of hot water and lovely bath / shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and soap. The WIFI is extremely good and available at no extra charge. Vreny is the perfect hostess and provides a... More

Spacious, spotless and perfectly appointed room. Very convenient for road and rail connections. Maidenhead is a good place to stay for an easy day trip to London. Windsor is worth visiting too. Vreny was very helpful, and her breakfasts were superb.

Stayed here 1 night (in August 2012) as were going to the Fat Duck. Vreny the owner was very hospitable and made us a great breakfast in the morning with lots of fresh fruit, cereals, as well as cooked breakfast. It was delicious! The room was bright, airy and clean. We had a lovely rest after our very full meal.... More

We stayed at Sunny Cottage for one night when visiting the Hinds Head in Bray. The location is perfect for the restaurants in Bray just a short taxi ride away. Vreny was a warm welcoming host offering us tea and biscuits on arrival even though we were well before check in time. We had the gold room overlooking the garden... More

Dear Mary, I am very sorry that you were not happy with Sunny Cottage and wish you had told me at the time. It must have been quite a long time ago that you stayed because I have replaced all the mattresses with superior quality ones in June this year and guests have commented on the comfortableness of the beds.... Hope (my wife) and I have stayed in a number of BnB's and there's one key conclusion we have made: it's not only about the facility but the heart that makes it. Vreny's heart is her BnB. The facility itself is clean, spacious with a lovely garden to seat out in the evening. Oh yep, breakfast was abundantly supplied and... More

This is the best b&b my husband and I have ever stayed in. Our room was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The garden is lovely and a nice place to sit. Having a vase of flowers in our room was such a nice touch. The breakfast was just superb and plentiful. Vreny, the hostess is so welcoming and as others... More

Stayed for 3 nights to take advantage of a Virgin Experience meal at the Hind's Head, Bray. It was perfect - lovely room, beautifully furnished and breakfast "to die for". Vreny is a wonderful hostess and nothing is too much trouble

Why can't all B and B's be like this? I can only agree with all the many positive reviews for this idyllic retreat, the owner Vreny is a truly warm and welcoming hostess, the phrase 'nothing is too much trouble' is made for her. My room was spotless, the house and garden furnished tastefully and the breakfast was plentiful and... More

I'm not sure I can add anything different to previous reviewers. Vreny was a perfect host and served breakfast fit for a king! The rooms were beautifully appointed and the gardens made me envious. A perfect place to stay for visiting the Fat Duck.
