My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was nice and tidy and had it's own little en suite bathroom. We had very nice, generous breakfasts on both mornings. It is within 15min walking distance of Maidenhead centre where we had dinner. We were welcome warmly and our hosts were very helpful.

the clifton is a great place to stay = very comfortable with great breakfast

Not a bad place to stay for the money though my room was very cold during the night and their card machine was out of order so they could only take cash which was slightly inconvenient. Staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked and a really good start of the day. Room was cleaned daily with clean fresh towels always available. Bedding was also fresh and clean. The Guest House is two semi-detached properties and family run. The room was large and comfortable The en-suite however was very small, more like in a caravan although the shower was great.
