Just returned today from a weekend away here. The staff were excellent couldnt help enough, food was lovely, both breakfast and evening meal. Room was clean and tidy. Great location for exploring Henley on Thames and Windsor. The only thing i would say is the rooms need a wee bit of TLC but nothing too bad. Would definatley return.

very pleasant staff. breakfast ok. clean rooms very very uncomfortable and squeaky bed. put mattress on floor and slept, much more comfortable but then faulty fire alarms going off in the night did not help the sleeping situation!! groupon voucher included afternoon tea.....we were not.offered it at all. don't think would return to this hotel
